How it works

1. Install Quill on your Mac or Windows computer.
2. Quill detects your upcoming calendar meetings (or you press Record).
3. Audio is captured and transcribed locally on your device.
4. Notes, action items, speakers, and the full transcript are ready within minutes, and stored on your device.
5. You can read, edit, search, or selectively share them any time.

Working with a team? Shared spaces are opt-in: choose which meetings flow into a shared view and which stay private to you.

Who Quill is for

• Not a cloud-first SaaS. Your data lives with you, not on our servers.
